- Can I use the internet from my Smartphone or Tablet while getting data from my iCelsius Wireless?

Yes. If you use Local Wi-Fi mode or Remote mode you can have normal internet connectivity on your smart device while getting data from the iCelsius Wireless. The Direct Mode connection is the only mode where internet connectivity is interrupted.

No. The iCelsius Wireless will remember the last settings and when powered on defaults to the last known mode with last used Wi-Fi settings. If you do not change to a different network, there is no need to reconfigure the unit.

This will vary greatly depending on a variety of factors. You can refer to the battery strength indicator in the app to get a good idea of battery life based on your use case. For a general idea, we have tested ~5-6 days of battery life in this mode with a 1/min sample rate.

Currently the Android app can run in the background, but iOS app cannot.
When running in remote mode, you can access the data from a computer web browser by going to http://remote.sensors.aginova.com/ and logging in with your Google account.
You can change the sample rate when configuring the sensor to Local Wi-Fi mode or Remote mode. This setting is on the last page of the configuration wizard in the app as a drop-down menu.
This represents various battery charging stages. When micro USB charger is plugged in, Solid Green means fully charged. Solid Red means the unit is charging, but has a partial charge. Blinking Red means battery is completely depleted and needs to charge at least 10 minutes before the iCelsius Wireless can be powered on.
The app is timing out before the device can process the data coming from iCelsius Wireless. We are working on an app update to help accomodate for this. You can try closing out of all apps and rebooting your Android device before trying again. This helps in some cases.

Yes. You can enable and set a high and low threshold alarm for each probe separately.
In Direct mode and Local Wi-Fi modes you can get an alarm while the app is running in the background, but not if the app is completely closed. In Remote mode you can get a push notification alert if the app is completely closed.
Modify the sensor name so it has no special characters. Special characters such as apostrophes, comma, hyphens can keep the sensor from being displayed.
